My Name is Sam Lopes and I’m from Lowell, Massachusetts.

I’m the first generation of my family to be born in America. My parents come from the Portuguese Açores and Angola, respectively. Being born into a multi-lingual immigrant household I learned the importance of having a stable home life, which my parents provided to me as we have owned the same family home for close to 50 years - a home and family life which combined provided an exceptional childhood for me. At the root of it all was our home.

I got into Real Estate when I got my first property as an investor a few short years ago. Currently I am working on expanding my portfolio. I have since helped clients of all different backgrounds reach their real estate goals. I use in-depth analytics and statistics to study the market conditions before each offer to make sure my buyers are getting the best deal possible, and use aggressive marketing techniques to make sure my sellers get the most views and subsequently the most money for their property.
